The older I get the more I realize how important it is to truly take care of your body. When I was younger I thought that meant just eating salad, thank God for growth. Lol Now I find myself packing multivitamins and supplements on the go or even when I’m going out of town. Recently I lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time and after feeling like my mind and body was out of whack I went to visit my primary care doctor. She brought it to my attention that when I lost 40 pounds in three months I lost hormones with the fat. Crazy right? Men and women can experience hormonal imbalances and if you are not eating a balanced diet and taking a multivitamin at the least you will have to learn to live with it.
